– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cucumber, grated
– 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
– Juice of 1 lemon

– 4 large whole wheat tortillas
– 1 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 tomato, sliced
– Handful of fresh spinach or lettuce

Instructions:

1. Start by marinating the chicken breasts in a mixture of Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
2. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Allow the chicken to rest before slicing it into thin strips.
4. To assemble the wraps, spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce onto a tortilla. Top with sliced chicken, red onion, tomato, spinach or lettuce, and any other desired toppings.
5. Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to create a secure wrap.
6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make the remaining wraps.
